Bottle Return Without a Refill

Can I return my bottle?

Yes! You can return your bottle at anytime by filling out the returns form here. Once you've completed the form a member of our staff will arange for the bottle to be collected. We will email you the collection details. You bottle will typically be collected the following business day.

How do I get my deposit back?

Once we've received the bottle, we'll give it a quick inspection to make sure the valve is intact. We'll then refund your deposit less our standard pickup/delivery charge.
